As a trained Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator with years of plant medicine studies my role is to guide individuals through therapeutic experiences using psychedelics. I create a safe, supportive and sacred environment to assist you in exploring and resolving trauma, attune to energetic blockages, complete wounding or unintegrated self parts, become aware of generational burdens and gifts, enhance self-awareness, and ultimately amplify personal growth. Additionally, I offer microdose containers as well as full day ceremony, providing a range of options for those seeking deeper connection and transformation. My role includes preparation, integration, and ensuring a grounded, holistic approach to the psychedelic journey.

3 Month Microdose Mentorship

The program begins with a personalized initial intake session to set intentions, discuss expectations, and lay the foundation for a supportive and sacred space. Following this 90-minute preparation session, you'll receive a specialized microdose blend tailored to your needs. Benefit from weekly 30-minute calls that provide ongoing support and guidance. Throughout the experience, you will also receive tools and resources designed to optimize your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to your personal transformation.

6 Month Microdose Mentorship & Ceremony

The program begins with a comprehensive 90-minute preparation session to set intentions, discuss expectations, and lay the foundation for a supportive and sacred space, followed by a specialized microdose blend for the first half of your experience. You will engage in weekly 30-minute call for ongoing support and guidance, culminating in a full-day Mushroom Ceremony. After the ceremony, you'll receive a second specialized microdose blend to continue your exploration. Throughout the process, you will be equipped with tools and resources designed to optimize your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to your personal transformation.

Full Day Medicine Ceremony

The program includes a comprehensive 90-minute preparation session, followed by a full-day ceremony designed to facilitate deep exploration and connection. Some time after the ceremony, you'll participate in a 90-minute integration session to help process your experiences and solidify insights gained. Throughout this journey, you will be equipped with tools and resources to optimize your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to your personal transformation.
